Trust Tairāwhiti invites all beneficiaries of the Trust to attend our 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Trust will report on our activities over the past financial year and our 2024/25 Statement of Intent.
A general definition of a Trust Tairāwhiti beneficiary is anyone who lives within the district and any person or organisation that does business in the district that has either:
- enrolled to vote in local elections,
- a district ratepayer,
- pays a power bill connected to the district lines company.
Beneficiaries are formally defined in paragraph 1.3 of Trust Tairāwhiti Trust Deed

Proposed Motion: In the interest of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, Beneficiaries reappoint Deloitte as Trust Tairāwhiti's auditor for the period from the conclusion of this Annual Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting. - Auditor Fee
Proposed Motion: The remuneration of the Auditor of Trust Tairāwhiti for the period from the conclusion of this Annual Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting be fixed by trustees. - 2024/2025 Statement of Intent
Proposed Motion: That the Statement of Intent for the 2024/2025 year be received and noted.
