Trustees meet regularly throughout the year for board meetings and wānanga (workshops). These hui support effective governance, informed decision-making, and engagement with the community.
Board meetings
Board meetings are held twice each quarter and have a section open to the community. All open sections are live-streamed.
Meetings may include publicly excluded sections. During these sections, reports and minutes are not available.
Wānanga
Wānanga focus on specific kaupapa and support Trust Tairāwhiti strategic objectives.
Stakeholders such as sector leads, iwi leaders, and community groups may be invited to participate. Some wānanga may include publicly open sections, with reports and minutes available. All open sections are live-streamed.
