- Business Basics - Business structure, annual returns, registered office, bank accounts.
- Tax Fundamentals - Understanding income tax, GST, what to claim, and planning for tax.
- Processes and workflows - The importance of good processes and workflows to deliver products or services to customers.
- Business Health Check - Making sure you’re well protected - risk, health & safety, insurance.
- Know Your Numbers - Bookkeeping basics, understanding accounting software, how to read financial statements, balance sheets and profit & loss statements. The difference between profit & cash.
- Grow Your Business - Developing a business plan. Setting goals and measuring results.
This in-person workshop series consists of six fortnightly sessions.
